We process customer orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Residential customer deliveries are made by our carriers Monday through Saturday. All commercial deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Our carriers do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays. Our goal is to ship all orders within one business day of payment verification. Orders requiring expedited service must be received, processed, and have the payment verification process completed by 12 PM PST to be shipped that same business day.
*We cannot accommodate requests for expedited service for orders paid with a money order, check or PayPal e-check.
**Also, please note that we cannot process orders with Post Office Box addresses.
Shipping is $19.99. We provide use reliable Fedex Shipping (or equivalent shipping service) on all purchases no matter how many items are ordered. Items will be delivered between 1-7 business days once the item has been shipped to most cities. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will be delivered between 6-7 business days.
Expedited Service: Customers can pay an additional $29.99 for expedited service for next day delivery to most cities. Expedited service not available for Saturday delivery. Expedited shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, deliveries are only available to the 50 United States.

- The club must not be altered in any way, including, but not limited to, shaft or grip changes and must exhibit only normal wear.
- TryCadi is not responsible for the return shipping and associated costs. The return shipping will be deducted from your payment refund.
- To receive full product credit, all parts, accessories, literature, tools and headcovers (if applicable) must be returned with the product.
- Custom club orders are not eligible for the 30-Day Playability Guarantee. Custom clubs include all products that deviate from the standard loft and lie angle specifications of the manufacturer.
- To qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, return label provided by TryCadi, included with original order, must be scanned by Fedex within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Any returns submitted after the 30-day period will be considered pre-owned and will receive store credit based on the pre-owned trade-in value of the club at the time of receipt.
- For products purchased through the TryCadi Demo program, the 30 day return window also begins from the date of the original order date of the demo. The 30 day window closes 15 days after the 15-day demo period ends. If additional return labels are needed please request through a support ticket.
- Return label provided by TryCadi MUST be used to qualify for a return. If return label provided is lost, please submit a support ticket requesting a new one.
- TryCadi reserves the right to rescind or alter the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee at any time.
30-Day Playability Guarantee - Return Instructions
If you wish to return a product that is eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must submit your return within thirty days of the original purchase, and follow these simple steps to receive a replacement or store credit:
- Please use our return label provided with every order to return the product. To ensure USPS scans the product, be sure to request a receipt for your shipment. If original return label is lost, please submit a support ticket requesting a new return label.
- Once your return is inspected and processed, the appropriate credit will be issued, generally within 5-7 days of receipt of the club.
- 30-Day Money back items returned will be refunded via cash back.
