TryCadi “Try Before You Buy” Program:

TryCadi is a “try before you buy” at-home FREE demo program allowing customer the opportunity to demo up to two golf clubs directly on any golf course for up to 18 days. Cadi has created the world’s first FREE on-course demo experience removing the restrictions of fitters and traditional retail stores. The customer is only charged for the products that they want to purchase based on real results during on-course play. Keep the product you want, return the product you do not want. Shipping is always on us. Customer must create valid TryCadi.com account required for participation.

How it Works:

    1. From the TryCadi.com webpage, select up to two products (golf clubs) for at home demo.


    2. Upon checkout, Cadi analyzes all potential TryCadi customers to determine customer’s fraud risk. Often, Cadi will take up to a $25 deposit on Demos. You will be charged only for the products that you decide to keep. The purchase price is presented on the website and in your confirmation email. By accepting these TryCadi terms and conditions, you agree to be charged:


      1. the full retail price for any TryCadi Products that we ship to you that you do not return within the eighteen-day TryCadi Demo period, or
      2. the full retail price or a repair charge for any TryCadi products that you return but which are damaged beyond normal wear and tear (see item 10. below for details).
      3. the full retail price for any club accessories that you do not return (see item 11. below for details).
      4. the full retail price of products that are returned in incomplete condition (i.e. missing one or more irons or irons damaged beyond normal wear and tear).


    3. If you don't already have a TryCadi account, you will receive an email asking to confirm your email address; this is to confirm that you can receive communications from us. You must click the link provided in the email to start your trial.


    4. We will then ship the club(s) to you. Your eighteen-day TryCadi period starts on the order date and includes the shipping time from Cadi to Delivery to the customer.


    5. You will receive an email correspondence alerting you when your product (s) have shipped and tips for ensuring the best TryCadi experience.


    6. On the thirteenth days of your demo experience, you will receive email correspondences reminding you that your demo period is nearing completion and providing purchase options for the club(s).


    7. On the eighteenth day of your demo experience, you will receive an email correspondence that will enable your purchase or return decision on your TryCadi product(s). If you have two individual products, you will have the option to keep one and return one, keep both or return both.


    8. For any TryCadi product(s) that you elect to purchase, you will be automatic bill the original transaction price for the kept product (s). A return label will be included in the original shipment. Use original box and packaging with included shipping label. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged you will be charged for the missing components.


    9. For any TryCadi product(s) that you elect to return, your return shipping label will be included I the original box. If label is unavailable or misplaced email customer service at help@trycadi.com. Your demo period ends when the shipping label on any returned club(s) is scanned at pick-up by our shipper.


    10. For any TryCadi product(s) that you elect to return, we will notify you via email correspondence when we receive the product(s). Upon receipt, we will inspect your TryCadi product(s) for damage.


      1. If we find no damage to the product(s) other than normal wear and tear, we will notify you via email correspondence that your TryCadi transaction is complete with no additional charges.
      2. If we determine that the product(s) is damaged beyond normal wear and tear but can be repaired by our in-house repair team, we will notify you via email and we will charge your credit card for these repairs according to the repair charge structure below:

            1. If we determine that the club(s) are damaged beyond normal wear and tear and beyond our repair abilities, we will notify you via email and we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the club(s) and we will return the damaged product(s) to you.


          1. For any TryCadi product(s) that you elect to return, you must return all original club accessories with it. Original club accessories include any headcover, tool, and/or manual which came with the club. Failure to include all original club accessories will result in charges to cover the missing items as follows:
            • Headcover - $30
            • Tool - $20
            • Manual - $5


          1. After eighteen days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount list on the original transaction of your TryCadi product(s), less the deposits taken on the order date.  You will be notified of this charge with a receipt via email correspondence.
